Special Recipe for Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup

Ingredients for Fresh Sweet Corn Soup
- A half cup of boiled sweet corn kernels
- 4 Cups of vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ cup Cabbage Chopped
- ¼ Carrot Chopped
- 2 cups of creamy styled sweat corn
- ½ tsp white pepper powder
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- Salt to taste
Recipe Steps:
Step 1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok.
Step 2. Add grated cabbage to it.
Then, add carrot and keep it on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3. Next, add creamy sweet corn and 4 cups of vegetable stock.
Step 4. Allow it to come to the boil.
Step 5. Mix pepper powder to water separately and add it to the soup along with salt and mix it well.
Step 6. Add corn kernels and boil it again.
Step 7. Mix cornflour in 2 tbsp water, and then add it to the soup.
Step 8. Keep it on flame for the time till it thickens.
Step 9. Serve hot.
