Cold Hands

Diarrhea and Constipation
If diarrhea lasts more than 2-4 weeks then it is a serious sign that child has a weak immune system which is affecting the lining of the small intestine. Constipation is another concern where bowel movement is too slow. The weak immunity can cause the intestine to slow down.

Mild Fever
It can be done because of immunodeficiency disorder in which you feel a higher temperature than normal. The oncoming infection also can cause mild fever in a child.
Rash on skin
If the immunity system of a child is weak then it can be shown through the skin. The skin becomes itchy, red, and dry which is the common symptom of inflammation.

All the above are the main signs and symptoms of having a weak immune system in a child. In case of showing any one of these symptoms then you should take your child to a doctor as early as possible.
